Moran Barak

UNISON DANCE ACADEMY DIRECTOR AND IIBP FOUNDER

Ms. Barak is the founder, general manager and Artistic Director of the Unison Dance Academy in Even Yehuda, Israel. She founded Unison in 2011 and it has already become a world-class school of dance.

At Unison, Ms. Barak is raising a new generation of dancers. Her academy develops their skills and opens doors for them in the professional dance world. As testimony to her success, Ms. Barak and her students have received international recognition. The awards include the Youth America Grand Prix Outstanding Teacher Award in 2016, 1st place at the 2018 YAGP Paris semifinals, and 3rd place at the 2018 YAGP finals competition in New York.

She holds a B.A. in dance education, a teaching certificate from Kibbutzim College, and an M.A. from the Jerusalem Academy of Dance.
